Please Note:
- For ease of administration and money transfer, bookings for our U.S. guests are dealt with by our Management Company, based in Naples.
- The Briarwood Community requires a Rental Application Form to be completed for each booking, as a security measure. There is a £65/$100 fee for this process.
- The initial deposit is non refundable.
- The cleaning charge applies to all bookings regardless of the duration.
