Finally, unwind completely by dining Al-fresco on the lanai and experience the spectacular Floridian sunset as it draws its colourful vale over the lake.

Inside the villa, the furniture has been lovingly hand-chosen to ensure your comfort. The large family room exudes space and light. The lowered ceiling fan provides a cooling, balmy breeze to comfort you as you watch the 50" LCD TV, with its massive Cable channel package, Bose Sound System linked to all rooms in the house, DVD/Video recorder or listen to CD's. The living room offers sliding doors immediately to the pool area, should you be enticed for a refreshing dip!

The kitchen is fully-equipped for home catering, with everything you will need to make it your home from home including a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The granite counter top has enough seating to ensure the cook never gets lonely whilst preparing the meals. There is also a casual dining area next to the kitchen onto the pool and opens into the family room.

The Queen bedroom - furnished with a Caribbean theme - Has plenty of closet space and best of all, opens directly onto the pool area.





The Twin bedroom is furnished to a New England theme - ideal for the young and the young at heart!
Other rooms include a bathroom, toilet and utility room - complete with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

The Master bedroom is luxuriously furnished to a high standard with a King size bed and has two nightstands with lamps, clock radio, cable TV and luxury en-suite bathroom. Here you will also find a "work" area with a desk with free high-speed internet and WIFI point. So you can bring your laptop with you if you need to do a little work while you are there or maybe use it to catch up with the folks back home.
